Blanca and Carlos ventured around downtown Corpus Christi, Texas. They experienced everything from Parkour guys and girls working out in the park, to a romantic serenade on a balcony to dancing salsa in the middle of the street. I am thankful to have been able to share the beautiful afternoon with them… and into the chilly, windy evening. The focus of this session was the urban “grunge” of the city. The couple, who is clearly in LOVE, looks beautiful set against these various backgrounds. Enjoy. Visit the Facebook Gallery Here.
Just before this I prompted Carlos to sing up to the “balcony”… this one worked out better… LOL.
How you doin’?
There were some individuals practicing parkour – so I asked if they’d like to jump the rail …
My rendition of the American Gothic painting by Grant Wood, against an interesting mural background.
….symmetry part deux!
Great portrait gaze.
I love these “love” silhouettes!
…. I love these “love” silhouettes!
I chose to isolate these two and keep with the grungy look.
A little dip in front of the Lexington, keeping with the urban grunge I went with lo-fi.

Sun almost set, and a sliver of the moon begins to shine!
