TEDx Share Your Voice Corpus Christi, Texas – June 1, 2012 DMC – SBDC

I’m proud to announce that an independent TEDx event is coming to Corpus Christi, Texas, and I helped make a video for the program!  Here is the video made in collaboration with Emily Leach of http://emilyleach.com/

Sometimes others say it better than I can, so the following is copied directly from the event’s facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/events/173493349443091/173501992775560/

“TEDxCorpusChristi’s 2012 “Share Your Voice” event will be held on Friday, June 1, 2012 from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Del Mar Center for Economic Development located on Staples street. Mayor Joe Adame will be attending as TEDxCorpusChristi’s Distinguished Guest of Honor and he has expressed enthusiasm for what an opportunity this event will be for the people of Corpus Christi to discover what the local talent and young and rising leaders have in mind for getting involved in the city’s development.

TEDxCorpusChristi will feature a wide range of speakers and performers who have an ability to inspire you through words and ideas, as well as dazzle you with entertainment. Expect to learn, laugh, and live the moment as they share what ideas they have in store for Corpus Christi.

A post-event mixer organized in collaboration with the Young Business Professionals of the Coastal Bend will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Havana Club located on North Water Street. TEDxCorpusChristi attendees are encouraged to join in and connect with others who have big ideas for Corpus Christi and the surrounding communities.
